ABOUT JUSTIN

Justin Hamner, born on March 21, 1991, from Northport, AL, is a dedicated family man of faith with a beautiful wife, Christina, a 5-year-old daughter, Scarlett, and a baby on the way.

From a young age, Justin found his passion for fishing, participating in his first tournament with his dad at just 7 years old. Before embarking on his professional fishing career, Justin worked as a concrete laborer and groundskeeper at the University of Alabama. Growing up in Tuscaloosa, AL and his time working for the Univeristy inspires his branding as a way to represent his Alabama roots and connect with his rapidly growing fan base.

Now in just his 4th year as a professional angler on the Bassmaster Elite Series, Justin has quickly become a beloved American success story. His humble background of cutting grass for a living, to becoming a World Champion, mixed with his authentic, funny, down to earth personality has resonated with fans across the world. Now as one of the faces of the industry, Justin has a unique opportunity to use his positive and charasmatic personality to make a real impact in the outdoor industry and inspire others to pursue their dreams as well, regardless of their situation or backgrounds. As Justin relatably said on the Bassmaster Classic Stage, “I just love bass fishing”.
